Heavy metals are naturally occurring elements that are found in the earth's crust. They can also be produced as a result of human activities such as mining, industrial processes, and the use of certain products. Some heavy metals, such as copper and zinc, are essential for our health in small amounts. However, some heavy metals can be harmful to our health even in small amounts. Among these, mercury is considered to be one of the most toxic substances.

Mercury can enter our bodies through various means, including eating contaminated fish, breathing in contaminated air, and using products that contain mercury. Once inside our bodies, mercury can accumulate in our organs, particularly the brain, kidneys, and liver, and cause a range of health problems. Our bodies have a natural detoxification system that helps to eliminate heavy metals, including mercury. However, when our exposure to these toxic substances is high, our bodies may not be able to detoxify them effectively. This is where the concept of heavy metals detoxification comes in.

After my own struggles with mercury toxicity, I wrote an E-book  to share with people on what I've learned.
